As the owner, I am going to reply to this post in two ways: One as if this were a customer and the other as if someone is falsely identifying themselves with a poor and inaccurate review.
My reply to the CUSTOMER: I am sad to hear of your poor experiences in the store. We truly try to make the customer experience a positive one from their on-the-floor experience to our customer service. First and foremost, I can say without hesitation, that the providing alcohol to minors allegations are false and I find it very disheartening that anyone would make false allegations as those against someone. The task of hiring employees is fun and exciting as we love our employees, but unfortunately, like all business, employees do come and go for various reasons. I am very sorry you felt as though your customer service was compromised. We are a kid friendly store and of course welcome parents to bring their children while shopping. Children do like to play with toys and other items in the store. Every 30 minutes we have an employee pick up the entire store and we are happy to continually straighten up, but yes, sometimes we may have a toy area with toys on the floor between straightening's. I will make sure to remind the team the importance of keeping the store clean and picked-up. Again, I am sorry for your experience in the store and I do hope that someday you will give us another chance. My reply to the EMPLOYEE: It is so very easy to create a Google profile with a false identity. False Identification is illegal. I have strong reason to believe that this review was written by an employee who was let go. It is wrong to fabricate negative and false allegations about anyone and if proven, it will be reported to the authorities.
