I want to apologize for the experience you had in the store this weekend. In no way does Once Upon a Child condone or support the words and actions of this employee. As a childrens store and a locally owned business, we know the importance and strive to provide excellent customer service and always hope to provide such with sincere integrity. This employee is now no longer employed with Once Upon a Child. Furthermore, internal actions have been made to help prevent such situations in the future. Again, I apologize for your less than desirable experience and hope you can some day give us a second chance.
