Both George W. Bush and Obama have done the right thing - to speak their minds about the current mood in the country dogged by social grievances, ideological divisions and political infighting. But it requires much efforts on both sides of the political aisle to close the widening wealth gap, heal the historical wounds and mend the social fabric.
I have checked the far-right websites to see how they covered Bush's speech. They just quoted what he said but didn't interpretet the message he sought to send.
While reading the comments, I was saddened by the level of ignorance and malice. No doubt some of the commenters are paid trolls to spread hatred. That these websites do nothing but undermine the democratic values, while helping shape many Americans' opinion is egregious because they abuse the freedom of speech to achieve their nefarious ends.

Please call your Senators and tell them you don't want to cap Medicaid coverage for our sickest and poorest children and their families or strip healthcare coverage from over 20 million Americans who cannot afford it without government subsidies. Get on your phones and express your dissatisfaction! This cruel legislation affects every single one of us! http://buff.ly/2sYPVtj

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Write one postcard. Write a dozen! Create your own cards, buy them, share them, it doesn’t matter as long as you write #TheIdes or #TheIdesOfTrump on them somewhere.
2. Take a picture of your cards and post them on social media (tagged with #TheIdesOfTrump or #TheIdes, please). This will help us verify our numbers.
3. Spread the word! Everyone on Earth can let Washington know their opinion of the President. They can’t build a wall high enough to stop the mail.
4. Then, on March 15th, mail your cards to:
The President (for now)
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500
5. Get ready for the NEXT postcard campaign, and the next, and the next — because we’re not going away. We will make ourselves heard by joining together. And together, we will wield the kind of political clout that can’t be ignored.

He wrote the playbook, now he can play accordingly: FAX to Mitch McConnell at 202-224-2499. You can also fax it via online services like faxzero.com and gotfreefax.com You can also fax it to his Bowling Green office at 270-782-1884 -- do both!
