Authentic Austrian cuisine served in a rustic, cottagelike setting with plenty of wine & beer.- Google

Mauvais, mauvais, mauvais... Went for a brunch on past Sunday. Food is overpriced, wild mushrooms frittata without mushrooms, bloody mary with atrocious vodka. Service is regular. This place does not have any enchantment. The wolf may have eaten Edi up. Just avoid.

Excellent fare, masterful decor, and gracious service. One of the best in the East Village!

This place is warm, inviting, and cozy. For the decor alone, I would come back. The drinks were only ok and the food was overpriced. To be fair, I came on Valentines Day and the menu was limited. The service was ok, nothing bad but nothing outstanding either.

Edi & The Wolf definitely felt like a hidden gem in the neighborhood where it is nestled away. The Austrian inspired cuisine felt both modern in its composition as well as simple in it's ethnic roots. The atmosphere of this place is very cool as well. It's very rustic while still feeling clean and simple.

cozy place with yummy spaetzle. The backyard is a rusty, scary, fun greenhouse.

We had such a good time here we didn't want to leave, largely due to the unbelievably good music playing in the background. The food was really delicious and a modern take on classic Austrian with sublime schnitzels but it's the hip atmosphere and top music selection we'll remember.
