I stop by on my trips in and out of GSP since there isn't one close to my house and it is on the way to the airport. More often than not, I end up leaving without getting anything. Generally there are lots of staff members standing around and two registers open at the very most. I stopped in again this morning, stood around waiting with half a dozen other people with one register open. I counted seven staff members standing behind the counter and wasn't ever acknowledged before I decided to leave. If you're used to typical Chick Fil A standards, this isn't the location to find them.

We love this Chick-Fil-A. The service is always great and we never have to wait long for our food. The playground is always clean and the employees are helpful.

I go to this Chick-fil-a often because it is the closest one to my workplace. They are welcoming and courteous, and I do like how they have people outside during rush times to help the drive thru move faster. However, there are a lot of things they could improve on and my experience today made me want to lay them out. A colleague made a food run during lunch and when he got back, we found we didn’t have napkins, straws, or ketchup, and his grilled chicken sandwich was cold. We wouldn’t be very mad, except that this is a very common occurrence. We were discussing this, and it’s not just me. If we do not think to ask for some things, especially ketchup, often we don’t get them. I worked at a Chick-fil-a in high school, and I remember that we were expected to add these basics before the bag went out, even adding some ketchup and if they ask for extra, we could give extra. I don’t understand why this is something that always happens, even why it’s busy. For my location, it was just a part of preparing the order, no matter how busy we were. As far as speed … if the drive thru is busy and there’s no one taking orders outside, I tend to go somewhere else. It’s understandable that this can take forever and I usually only have a certain amount of time before I have to be back at work. I rarely just go inside though. They are usually agonizingly slow inside. I’ve actually left and gone somewhere else before because I just don’t have the time. This is the only Chick-fil-a I’ve been to where it seems they have all the time in the world to get orders out to people waiting inside. At most places, I would be surprised if I received great service. The problem is, I’ve gone to Chick-fil-a for almost 20 years, and on top of that I worked for one. I have higher expectations, and I know the company has higher expectations. I hope at some point this location will work these kinks out. For now I guess I will have to check my order and continue to see if I have the time to wait when I go.

Went in early evening, the staff Im sure was tired and thats understandable. The food was cold and manager (Paul Curtis) snapped at me when I asked if they offered WiFi. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day at Chick-fil-a on Pelham road!!!!
