You may find this interesting - at least as a discussion starter.  I'll be interested in your comments - and those may well lead to new blog posts.
Wow - I had forgotten this blog even existed.  Much has happened in my life since the last post. And that will, undoubtedly, get mentioned.  I hope to make this a creative outlet - based on - well, who knows what?  Maybe some...

I wish it was more fluid with input. The recognition is great but one must wait for each word to insert before writing another and that is not how I write

writing on my S3 in portrait mode long words can be a problem . However I find I can write quite quickly and the handwriting recognition is very much better than I expected !

Customer service is not a priority. I'm sure as long as everything is fine, they are fine. But woe to the guest who runs afoul of "the rules". Even the manager on duty has no authority to bend the rules, even to the point they were willing to turn away a room on a Sunday night - for lack of a small deposit - which they refused in cash. Sad state of affairs.

Nice, chatty volunteers. Exhibits are not yet all in place, but worth the price of admission. The display is laid out in 3 areas, as you follow the story. Begin at the far end, in the "shore" section. It is there the story behind with the native peoples.

Adequate food. My steak was a bit overdone, though still tasty. Pricey, but one should be prepared for that here. Excellent service, no reservation needed on a Saturday night at 5.

Good portions. Informal but loud. If you think you will watch seals, think again. They are only visible from the window tables - which were all taken on our arrival at 5 pm on a Tuesday. Still good food and competent service.

Smallest rooms I've ever seen in an HIX. Dusty rooms. When I mentioned it to the desk, the answer was, "well, housekeepers are short.". They did help out when I secreted up my reservation.
