It has been 13 years since Gov. Scott Walker left the state Assembly, but his time there represents the longest chapter of his career. What does that time tell us about Walker's politics?

People identified with Spock because they "recognize in themselves this wish that they could be logical and avoid the pain of anger and confrontation," Leonard Nimoy said in 1995.
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Leonard Nimoy, the actor known and loved by generations of "Star Trek" fans as the pointy-eared, purely logical science officer Mr. Spock, has died.

This is all happening as the world is awash in so much oil, we are running out of places to put it.
This year the market is a mess, according to forecasters who are warning of sharp price spikes at gas pumps across the U.S. in coming weeks.

Among the hallmarks of Ione Backus' long, full life, three stand out: love of family, love of learning and love of Marquette University basketball.
The M Club honored the Ione and her husband Mike for their devotion and service to the university’s programs with its annual Hy Popuch Award in 2007.

This terms seems to get thrown around.
Gov. Scott Walker this week compared his willingness to take on Islamic terrorists to his 2011 stare-down with union protesters, but it wasn’t so long ago that he was taking umbrage at detractors for likening him to despots.

There's nothing in here about the obviously white-and-gold dress, but there's plenty of other news.
This week in the news was dominated by right-to-work, but we also saw opulence at Arrowhead, Oscar winners and relief for the Brewers. How closely were you paying attention? Take our quiz to find out.

Dear Journal Sentinel, I enjoy reading your online edition. However, you turn yourself into People magazine when, at the bottom of the feed in the section entitled "You might like", you allow things like Rant to post photos of half naked women washing their car. Do you really want to associate yourself with titles like "20 Pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio's Ex-Girlfriends and Flings That Will Shock You?" We all know that sex sells, but a legitimate news corporation would never trade profits for standards. I don't plan on paying for your online edition or your print edition until you decide what you stand for. Sincerely, Anna Vos
