We are cute little sandwich and salad restaurant that uses all the local, fresh, and organic ingredients that we can get our little hands on.

I placed a large order over the phone to the provo location. I expected the order to be wrong when I came to pick it up, even though the man that took my order went over it with me again twice before placing the order, because that is usually what happens. The order was ready on-time, hot, and was completely accurate. They also sent a receipt to my e-mail immediately and made sure I got it before we got off of the phone. I am very impressed with Cubby's and will definitely order from them again.

If you want something healthy, get the tri-tip salad. If you want something delicious but not healthy, try the Cockadoodledoo.

Best burger in town. Try the dragon slayer burger and you'll know what I mean. Rosemary fries are also incredible. A bit pricey, but worth it.

This location can be a little busy (tables tend to turn over quickly) but they do have great sandwiches and salads. The sandwich I usually get is the Tri Tip Steak Sandwich. The meat is very tender and it all goes well together. I also like to get the Buffalo Bleu Cheese Fries, which is weird because I usually don't like bleu cheese. Staff is friendly as well.

My wife and i love this place, the food is awesome, reasonably priced and they are a locally owned company. love keeping it local. all the food i have tried was amazing and the fires make my mouth water just thinking about. you can't go wrong with Cubby's, I just wish they had one closer to my house but it i'm addicted and it is worth the drive.

We went to the new Lehi location last night. I hope management looks at these reviews because the number one reason I won't go back is because the person working the cashier asked me to tip her. All she did was take 30 seconds to input my food into a cash register and she wanted a tip. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my to go meal and I heard her ask every single customer that. Either they aren't paying their employees enough and are trying to get their patrons to do it, or their employee training is terrible. Not acceptable at the prices they are charging for sandwiches and fries. The food was ok. My husband liked it more than me, but he didn't rave about it. We eat out a lot so we have a lot of places to compare it to. There is a Zupas right by it (along with a ton of other restaurants). I would choose any of the other restaurants there over this one. Not only is the food better, the prices and customer service are as well.

Fool me twice... A friend and I eat out somewhere new every week. When Cubby's first opened we were excited to try it. The owner was running the register and apparently we got there just as a couple of his friends did. He was very short and rude with us, and even walked away from the register while my friend was mid-sentence asking him a question to greet his friends. She liked her salad, my sandwich was charred. We chalked it up to inexperience and gave it a try again today. Again the cashier was very rude and seemed offended that we didn't know any of the store lingo. Additionally we had to repeat our order 4 times for him as he was clearly not paying any attention. When I pay $11 for a sandwich, fries and a drink I expect something from my meal. Most of the employees looked like they hadn't showered in a week, our table was dirty, and the staff were not friendly. The food was pretty decent, but definitely not worth having to deal with poor customer service to get. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.
