Understand. In an other perspective, Developers are mostly dedicated to a single team and coaches distributed. Developers are mainly full time and coaches not.
Pricing is subjective and very context driven.

I see your point. How long can people accept this?

As a little provocation, I like to use Steve Jobs sentence: « A players hire A+ players. B players hires C players. C players hires D players. »

An interview with Niels Pflaeging by Baltic Forge.Today´s organizations, by and large, are in a mess. Our societies, economies and markets have changed, but companies and the way we organize work overall, haven’t: Organizations are still based on beliefs, design principles and methods inherited from the industrial age. Managers assume employees cannot be trusted. Collaboration happens, if at all, in spite of, not because of dominant mindsets and ...

Slides of my talk at Lean Kanban France. Iteration 1: ask the community!
Nowadays, in the Agile world, we ask ourselves how to scale up. Before Agile, Toyota used an approach called Hoshin Kanri to get aligned before start. This is perhaps an interesting point for us to address?

Agile Management Catalyst │ Scrum Coach&Trainer
Introduction

People say that I'm an experienced Agile Lean Coach with a strong Program Management background.

I started my career as Product Manager in the Automotive Industry and challenged myself as Portfolio Manager in Venture Capital to jump in the Software Industry.

I like testing unconventional Scrum coaching approaches in Audit, Asset Management, Industry, Education, Government, Private Equities.

Have to say that I'm the man behind the Product Owner's Helpdesk on LinkedIn and I've developed several Agile custom frameworks like [sKale] (HR) and PLöRK (Leadership through games).

A brief snapshot of my customers: Wemanity, La Poste Innovation, AF83, Invivo, Ores, GDF, Euroclear, AXA Group, SAP UK, Kingfisher, CNRS, atHome Group (REA), CTIE, Touring Assurances - TATV...
