I'm going to be tearing my studio down so I can move from Louisiana to Washington State, and I think I am going to part with some of my gear while I've got everything disassembled.

I decided I am going to sell my functional Telos ONE rackmount phone interface. I know this is definitely the oldschool way of hosting guests, but if anything it could offer a solid backup plan for making sure you can get that interview in!

Asking 300 shipped anywhere in the US. I am currently in Lafayette, LA

Hey guys -

Was testing out headphones today on the new setup, Had myself and another person listen through headphones while testing mics.

When we plug either my Sony MDR7506's or AKG K44's directly into the headphone port on either the Mackie mixer or into my TASCAM interface, we seem to to get quality sound through the headphones.

Stuff seems to get weird when using the Behringer HA8000 headphone amp though - the sound quality drops and when speaking through the mic, it sounds as if I'm in a hallway away from the microphone. Very tinny, some echo.

I was trying to negate this by adjusting volume levels coming from the mixer, but it doesn't seem to help much. I think I've eliminated the extension cables I am using as well because the distorted sound still comes through when I plug my headphones into the front headphone jack on the Behringer.

I'm going to try changing the cable I am using to go from the mixer to the headphone amp. Any other ideas?

I finally got all the toys hooked back up (plus the new stuff) since I moved into this house.

I took a couple of pictures of how I used the desk framework to tuck the cabling. (I realized after I took the photos that I had not clipped the excess wireties! LOL)

The gap in the rack is for the Telos ONE that did not arrive today - argh!

Selling my Gator 8RU Slant-Top Mixer Console Box with 4RU vertical rack space. Comes with Gator padded cover.

I had my Mackie PROFX12 mixer topside, and 4 single rackspace pieces of gear underneath. (Gear Not included) I am upgrading to a slant-top box with 8RU for some more gear I need. I wholeheartedly recommend this unit - I just bought a Telos ONE digital hybrid and simply ran out of rack space

If you have limited space, this is an IDEAL method to self-contain your gear and still make it handy to operate.

Paid 150.00 plus tax locally, and these sell for 150 shipped, asking $110 - includes shipping in the continental US

Some of the pictures are stock photos, some are in my podcast studio.

Picked up a cool toy from days gone by.

A Telos ONE Digital Phone Hybrid unit.
It was cheap enough that it was worth grabbing just to tell the cool kids I had one haha.

Anyone here still using one of these?

Thanks for adding me to the group! I was in the middle (actually just had completed) assembling a small recording studio for podcasting

Unfortunately, almost as soon as I had finished, I had to tear everything down to move into another house. This week has been spent trying to reassemble the studio in the new digs and improve where I can.

Some pictures of the finished setup at location #1 and the in-progress here at the new place.
