Today Iโ€™ve already achieved more than I thought I would. So far I have done;
Hospital visit
Washing
Preparation for clients
Kitchen cleaned
Lunch
Cat litter tray cleaned out ๐Ÿ˜บ

Sometimes I find it hard to focus on the important things to do and procrastinate about the rest on my to do list. Today I have so far had a successful day which makes me happy. ๐Ÿ˜€

Mental Health Awareness Week 2018
Are you ok? A quick question that anyone can ask. If you can help just by listening or even suggesting where someone can receive help, it could make a difference to that person.
What about you, do you check that youโ€™re ok too? Self care is great but what about if you need some support? Acknowledge you need help and do something about it - it may not be easy but by doing nothing, nothing changes.
Look after yourself first then look out for others who may need help.

De-clutter and bring organisation to your life- storage areas, wardrobes or work areas.
Get rid of stuff you donโ€™t need that may be weighing you down. Doing these things can help to de-stress yourself, be happier and feel freer.
By becoming minimalist you learn to have enough rather than too much, this helps to de-clutter your mind too. Buy less and live more. ๐Ÿ‘

Why do we need to drink water?
Did you know that approximately 60% of your body weight is water?
Your brain and heart are made of about 73% water and your lungs about 83%!
Water does far more than quench your thirst -
1) Water protects the spinal cord, it acts as a lubricant and cushion for joints.
2) it helps remove toxins and waste from your body.
3) Water helps your digestive system work and prevents you from becoming dehydrated.
If you become dehydrated your clarity of mind becomes foggy, you may develop a headache or dizziness. Other symptoms include dry mouth and lips as well as tiredness.
