Cheap but not the best service. After keeping 1 star review for almost a year, now changing it to 3. Several months without break down is a huge achievement for them. No doubt they have improved. Will make it 5 after current subscription expires. Keep it up guys :)

I wont even like to give a single star to this broadband internet company. Does not give the perfect solution. After complaining several times it just says your complain is been forwarded but there will be no solution for it in near future. So i would recommend everyone never ever chose this internet service. Company makes fake promise that installation will be done with in few days but after taking money u need to complain again and again for installation then and only then internet will be installed time period of installation will be 20 days and even more days.

I had very bad experience with tikona. Its been more than 2 year I'm having connection with Spidigo and face very few time issue. Connectivity and speed vise its best.

Third class service. Cutomer at mercy of company. No body reply properly. Connectivity is at the will of company. If company wish then only you received connectivity otherwise your money has gone. Company not bothering business loss if customer. I will not advised any one to take spidigo connection

Worst customer service. First they don't have any trained customer care executives who can communicate in English..although they giving option to select English funny. Adding to that they said resolution time is 48 guarantee that they will call you back or resolve your issue. It took me more than 48 hours to resolve my issue..!!

They change their policy any time.. Initially they were providing the speed as per plan. I paid for 15 months subscription in advance. They changed their policy saying now upload speed would be half of the plan. If you want more speed, pay more i.e. change plan. They said it's as per DoD rules. Their customer care center number is the only point of reference which is busy most of the time. At that point you can not contact anyone for the update about reason for Internet issue.

If you want to have a truly horrible experience, go ahead and choose this provider. Poor internet speed coupled with poor service makes it just about the worst broadband service out there.
