Stay away if you want to be treated as a respectfully. Rude and totally over-rated. If you want good food and better experience, try Capital Cafe at Wan Chai instead.

Overated food, big attitude and crowded seating. Whoever says it is a part of Hong Kong local culture probably is still living in the uncivilized past.

Most decadent scrambled eggs ever... Fast n Furious is the service here...please indicate u need english menu...look as touristy as you can...cause they r more patient to tourist...if not everything is fast n furious.. TIP: Do not discuss ur orders while the waiter is waiting...decide what u want before asking for your order to be taken...

Yummy steam milk pudding, almond steam egg pudding, honey on butter toast; these are the items to order, otherwise, you'll wonder why you even bother entering the shop at all since you get breakfast items in normal coffee club in AU. Just ignore the busyness, share table and occasional attitude. I got 1 in 3 'rough' treatment even though I'm talking Cantonese, it's just the culture. Alternatively, try Double Steam Milk at Yee Shun Milk Company.

Ignore this place, if you wanna be treated like human. I went to this restaurant last Sunday, ordered toast with scrambled egg and lotus seed in hot milk for the dessert. The toast with scrambled egg was tasteless, the dessert was just ok. But the service was utterly despicable. I understand we can't expect the service at this kind of restaurant to be like hotel. I didn't expect anything much at all before entering this store either. I didn't mind when they threw spoons, chopsticks or bills on the table. But the way they responded their customers was too extreme. This is not a common Hong Kong restaurant service, please stop hallucinating yourself. If Hongkies want to look down on mainlanders for their low manner, then I don't know what the waiters inside Australia Dairy store should be regarded. If you go to beg for donated food at charitable foundations, you will be treated better than this. I don't understand how on earth people can tolerate this intolerable service. Based on what I witnessed, everyone in the restaurant just sat humbly, modestly, politely, properly, waited to receive nasty behaviours from the waiters who look not different from thugs. I wondered what these living things including myself were doing inside this restaurant. Initially, I thought it was the language barrier, but after reading many comments, many Chinese speaking people experienced the same. Obviously, the problem was not about the language, but was themselves. Even if the food here were awarded 3-Michelin stars and I had no other choices, I would prefer to eat instant noodles at the hotel. If you don't have mental disorder and your brain is functioning properly, you should be able to use your intellect to make a judgement what is right and what is wrong. People talk to you like this and you still think it's normal?? As human beings, we are not supposed to be treated this way. This is animal alike, inhuman. Heinous in the extreme. Utterly unacceptable. If you think this is acceptable, then up to you. Keep going there to experience it. But not for me, thank you. Once in my life is more than enough. I wanna be treated like human, not a dog.

Loves e scramble egg & steam milk pudding. Almond egg pudding is nice too. Both is kinda sweet so we didn't really finish it as we ordered too much. Can order e breakfast set if u are not sure what to eat. It's HK $32 for a cup of tea/coffee & macaroni with ham, scramble egg with a slice of butter toast bread. Ask for e English menu upon siting as they won't have e patience to wait for you. Queue most quite fast & we waited less than 8 mins from 2 shops away. Be prepared to share table too ~

Loved their scrambled eggs, and steamed milk with egg (we prefer the hot version as it carries the aroma of the simple but yummy ingredients!). It also feels lighter!
