Cool
Holy Crap! This is Awesome!
Seriously, give this a try. It works.  BTW, if you're having a hard time with it, open it in an application with a WHITE background. Then it will really disappear quickly.

This cartoon feels awfully familiar
As a leader, your default mode should be to share everything with as much of your organization as you can. And no, I don’t mean “everything that wouldn’t look bad if it leaked and doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings,” I mean everything you possibly can.

Leaders always think they know what's critical to share. But if you arm smart creatives with as much information as you can, they’ll be able to solve problems and identify opportunities you might never come up with.

I'm a big fan of wikis, and when used properly, I found that they actively encouraged developers and architects to document what they were doing.  Being able to create 'documents' that contained embedded content from other parts of the wiki meant that time was not wasted cutting and pasting (and updating the same content in multiple places).  It also offered better visualisation techniqiues for moving between content (e.g., clicking on components within a diagram to get to the textual descriptions).

It's just a shame that so many wikis are badly implemented, and don't offer useful export to doc/pdf/odt options, enabling documentation to be generated quickly and shared outside of the wiki.
