Google I/O has officially sold out! It took just a bit over 20 minutes! (We were experiencing 6,250 qps load on our servers at 7:01am!)

While we're overwhelmed with the interest and enthusiasm around Google I/O, we know it can be very disappointing and frustrating when an event sells out this quickly.

So here is what we are going to do:

1) Keynote will be streamed live
2) All key sessions will be streamed live
3) All session videos will be available after 24 hours
4) Google I/O Extended viewing parties will be happening all over the world

So, if you weren’t able to land a ticket today, see you at I/O Live (goo.gl/K8KQ4) or one of our Extended (goo.gl/ypL0q) locations in person!

I've been meaning to do this screencast for weeks, ever since I first showed the screenshot of SuperDevMode and SourceMaps working. +Brian Slesinsky has been working non-stop polishing up SuperDevMode and now it's a joy to use, I figured it was time to give you small demo in real time of how SourceMaps work in Chrome. Edit: I forgot to mention that Firefox will also support SourceMaps.

When you're an active designer who loves typography like +Scott Murphy , this is what you want to be seen riding.

The whole "everyone should learn programming" meme has gotten so out of control that the mayor of New York City actually vowed to learn to code in 2012. A noble gesture to garner the NYC tech community vote, for sure, but if the mayor of New York City actually needs to sling JavaScript code to do his job, something is deeply, horribly, terribly wrong with politics in the state of New York. Even if Mr. Bloomberg did "learn to code", with apologie...

So what's the point of this article? That coding isn't for everyone? You must this smart to enter?
