Are you adding the Samsung gear s2 to the compatible watches?
Matthew most updates issues I have with Android Wear are because of play services. They vary from somewhat minor forcing creative reboots to virtual bricking of the watch. Factory resets on the watch can be extremely difficult if it doesn't stay up long enough to access the settings menu, you have no battery to remove and no reset button to push. When WatchMaker updates more than once you see a large number of complaints about extremely short battery life that more often than not can be fixed by deleting of play services caches. It is a joke, a rather bad one.
