Administrators at Oklahoma State University are defending their decision to not notify police of allegations of multiple sexual assaults, saying the school was prohibited from doing so by a federal student privacy law.

Over the weekend, the #FreetoTweet  Twitter campaign launched, offering a $5,000 scholarship prize rewarding students for creative and inspiring posts about free expression. Across much of the country though, students' online freedoms are severely limited and under assault.
