After drooling of the Ram truck for the past 2 years I finally decided it was time. With that said I was going to be very picky as a new truck isn't cheap. After an extensive search I found one and it was at Beaman Dodge in Murfreesboro. I called ahead to see if it was available, which it was, and scheduled atime to come take a look. I brought my wife because my intention was to drive this beast home. I gave the salesman some basic information (address, phone, etc.) When I got there it was shinning right in front of the dealership. I thought someone might also be looking at it. To my surprise it was just the salesman getting it ready for my test drive. So thoughtful. Start to finish it took under 2 hours. The salesman had my information I gave him already on the paperwork as he must of heard it in my voice I was driving this sucker home. I was greeted with Excellence and everyone said bye and thanks as I exited in my new truck. I hit up social media in hopes my experience can be duplicated to all my friends when they're in the market. Top notch dealership. Thanks again!

I was in the market for a used car, something in the 2008-2010 range, that wouldn't break the bank but was reliable. I only visited the dealership once after viewing a few potential vehicles online. That was single handedly the most comfortable I've ever felt looking at vehicles. I drove one of their good selections of used Altimas and really liked it. I'm not a pull the trigger right away type though and they weren't forcing the car on me after just a short time. It took me almost a month to actually decide on a car and it turns out I bought a relatives car instead of one from a dealership. The nice thing is the follow up I was given. I got a call or text about once a week just checking in. Even after I told them I was no longer in the market the salesman sold me on the quality of their service department. Went in for my first oil change and the guy who went on the test drive with me in the Altima even made sure to stop by and say high. Needless to say I'll always consider their store for my future cars and refer anyone I know to check there first. Bravo Beaman!

I wanted to drop a note and say how much I really appreciate Mike Lutwinski and how he takes care of business and treats folks like you should. I sometimes question driving from Brentwood to Murfreesboro for my Jeep needs but every time I am there and deal with Mike it reminds me why I drive the extra miles. Great place and can't recommend Mike enough.

I recently purchased my first new vehicle at Beamen after shopping for several months online and visiting many different stores in Tennessee and Georgia. It was a refreshing experience to deal with the staff at the Beamen location in Murfreesboro! I had requested many different price quotes from places that had advertised prices that seemed almost too good be true and then when I would arrive, it would turn out that it was too good to be true! Dealers should only be able to advertise the prices that everyone can buy for instead of meeting certain criteria discounts for certain people. The price that i was quoted was the exact same price that they honored when i arrived to test drive and make my BIG decision. No major pressure to buy right then and it just felt like they generally cared that I had chosen them. I really appreciate that they didn't play all the "games" and made my experience a positive!

I bought an used Jeep from my daughter's 16 birthday at another dealer, but wanting to make sure the vehicle was safe and osund for her, I had your service department inspect it for any issues. They recommended several maintenace issues that needed to be addressed which I did at the dealership. The peace of mind that a father has for the safety of his only child can not be taken lightly. The professionalism of the staff was beyond normal expectations. Case in point, my same daugther locked herself out of her vechilce so i had two slave keys made at the service department so Mom or dad could come to her rescue if need be. As I was leaving one of the gentleman that waited on me, gave me his card and said for my dsughter to call them if the need arose and they would come unlock her vechilce. That unsolicited help from your dealership can not be measured in kindness and having a safety net if I can not respond in short order to my daughter's situation. when I am in the market again for another vechicle Beaman will be the first palce I shop.

This Car Dealership should be ASHAMED of how they treat their customers. From the sales person Mickey to the Finance department. They treat people like they are doing you a favor! Because of their absolutely HORRIBLE way they handle customers...we walked out and took our business to a REAL dealership. We drove 2 1/2 hours to CROWN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM in Chattanooga TN. We drove away with a BRAND NEW 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Limited Truck of our DREAMS! AND Yes BEAMAN...they told us the Financing Rates BEFORE they ran credit!!!! So quit trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. Start being up front and honest...instead of thieves. Oh, one more thing...another red flag...when you tried to charge us more than the sticker price!....Hmmmm pretty shady if you asked me...if my daughter didn't catch it...you would have tried to get an extra grand out of us. But instead...you got NOTHING! Maybe you all could learn something and go back to Customer Service Training! I can't believe Beaman is still in business the way they treat people!
