Confidence is so vital given the high rate of anxiety, depression and pressure, especially among our youth.  Current research behind external and internal confidence (and the related topic of learned optimism) is solid and shows that confidence can be learned and has enormous implications for improving our lives.  This includes research from Harvard University, Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and information from top sources, like Forbes, Sharon Begley (Wall Street Journal and Newsweek Science Editor) and neuroscientist Jeffrey Schwartz from UCLA.   Links to these very research studies are here.

Cream of the Crop Leaders is a highly-interactive course that teaches the skills to stand squarely and joyfully in one’s authentic, inspired, powerful self!   This course is based on top-rated elective class UCSF Clinical Instructor Sioux Messinger created and delivered to UCSF medical students.  While these students were brilliant, many lacked the skills to “pop” outside of themselves and share their gifts in a connected and radiant way.  As a result, they were passed over for the best residency positions, and many felt stalled early in their careers.  Sioux found that just by teaching them tricks-of-the-trade for presenting with confidence, they actually became as happy as they were “pretending” to be!   Of course, current research now proves this.

In Cream of the Crop Leaders, the exercises are designed to introduce participants to skills that can strengthen both inner and outer confidence.  We are all a thousand times more talented and unique than we let ourselves know.  Cream of the Crop Leaders helps people from all walks of life tune into his or her own possibilities, and become who they really are:  big, loving, and bright!

An Adult "Over 25 years" course is coming soon and a notification list is on the website.

This course is the best Graduation or Anytime Gift EVER.  Space in your area is very limited.
