Full-time Home Based recruiter opportunity:

Our client is seeking a full-time, home-based recruiter to work on a range of positions including programmatic, contracts, finance and operations. The job calls for a minimum of 4 years of corporate recruitment experience. They are looking for someone with strong interviewing and assessment skills to support a new model of recruitment wherein hiring managers are getting a greater level of support than they've ever had before. Additionally, they are rolling out a competency based selection process. At this point the position leans more toward process management, as everyone adjusts to the new model. Eventually it will evolve toward more proactive sourcing. The ideal candidate lives in either the NY or DC metro area as it requires someone to come in to the office once a week.
