5 stars? Yea the reviews are definitely inflated and done by employees. We ended up using other alternatives since the individuals at this establishment were hard to get a hold of and seemed clueless to the housing market. There were two times where I had to call them about my listing because they accidentally removed it. This company is no different then any other realtor service, don't let the incorrect inflated reviews fool you.

Called to inquire about a vehicle they had for sale and cycling between the hold music and operator for about 5 minutes before i hung up. I guess they are too busy to sell cars.

Overpriced food. They advertised a lunch special on the outside to get you in for their $9.99 Lunch special then tell you its no longer running and you pay $15.00. Now $15.00 for the same food you can get at Mcdonalds for $8.00 cheaper is just a rip off..

Called about a car and I was told I would get a call back and I got nothing. I'm not going to chase down sales people to buy a car, I just went somewhere else.

Notes: Andre was nice Ben was not Did not listen to my needs Shady sales tactics Showed me vehicles that were supposed to be n my price range but were not Told me it was good idea to drive a car off their lot with a toddler NOT in a carseat Worst Comment: i should buy the car because I can afford it" - even though it does not meet my needs Went there to look at minivans and drove 40 minutes because of the good reviews. We first met a salesman named "Andre: who was very helpful and polite but he had to attend to one of his previous customers so we were then given to Ben and thats when it went down hill. He was nice overall but he had all the shady sales tactics; he let us test drive a car that was supposed to be in our price range and it turns out it was much higher. We had a toddler with us so when we went for a test drive in the parking lot we kept it slow so we can go get our carseat. Then he said we should take it on the road and I sad we need to get the car seat first and his response was that the child was fine sitting in my wife's lap in the back of the minivan. I immediately said "No" and we went back to get our carseat. We drove it and we liked it so he left for 20-30 minutes to do the financials. He comes back with no banks will give me loan because of my credit and once I tell him my credit is good then he says its because of my two current car loans (even though one of them is being replaced with this new car). I told him no it can't be because we just did the same thing 9 months ago and got approved. Then he proceeded to tell me how hard they worked to find me one bank that would finance us and how my car is worthless. To a point he is correct, it is a high mileage Subaru which has no added value in South Florida, but Im from Pennsylvania which i frequent often, so I told him doesn't make sense I wouldn't get more for it up north. I then told him that the retail values are different, in S. Florida its $6300 and in PA it is 9500-10K because there is a market for AWD vehicles because of the climate. But he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong after I told him I would just wait till I went back up north to PA. And the best part is I told him initially I want my payment to be $300 and 2k down because that's what I pay now and we barely drive the vehicle, it gets filled with gas once a month. He comes back with a $350 a month payment and 4K down, so clearly he just wasn't listening. And when I told him no, his reply was "I should do it because I have a high income", doing something because you can afford it and doing something because it makes sense is 2 different things. A couple of weeks of gone by since my visit and I have gotten my rejection letters from the bank and they both stated that the value of the loan exceeded the purchase of the vehicle. So the real reason they couldn't get me financing was because they were trying to get a 21k loan for a vehicle worth 16K. Great people! So I would probably afford this place or avoid him as it seems some people have gotten some good deals
