Great place to go for a romantic evening. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Wouldn't have chosen any other restaurant for a romantic meal

Our dinner was amazing from appetizer to dessert. However, the manager was arrogant. He does nothing to add to the culinary experience. The bartender, Chris, was incredible. I asked him to shake my cosmo until his arms fell off. Boy did he deliver! It was the coldest best cosmopolitan I have ever had. Our waiter, Shane, was the best waiter we have ever had whether in NYC or abroad. He was incredibly knowledgable when it came to wine, he was charismatic, and so talented. He is brilliant He made our dinner so much fun, we will definitely go back, but only if we can bypass the manager and have Shane as our waiter. And to Chris Coombs, the chef, thank you for an incredible dinner. It made for a very special evening.

I've been there a few times now, and I really enjoy it. Great service, cocktails, and food. Can't give them 5 stars because while most of the dishes are truly delicious, there's always a dud. For example, the vegetarian entrée just wasn't that good, and the big blobs of cheese were icebox cold while the rest of the dish was hot. But everything else, the duck confit and lobster appetizers, the halibut entree, and the dessert, was delightful.

we had a lovely dinner -me and my family (we were 4). The restaurant feels intimate, and I would not go there if I was with a large party. the food was fantastic - the duck confit was delicious, and everything which contains duck is recommended in general (there are a few dishes). the service was very professional, but in no way arrogant - one of the dishes was a bit uncocked for my wife's flavor, it was returned and brought back no questions asked. desserts were also great (we took the Creme brule and ice cream). definitely recommended and worth the price.

Deuxave should definitely be experienced by anyone wanting a high quality restaurant experience in Boston. We spent our Christmas Eve her for a 3 course dinner incl. wine...and what a great experience!! The quality pretty much starts outside the restaurant when the friendly valet staff greeted us. We were shown inside and got our table. The ambience was nice, quiet and comfortable. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable on both the menu and the comprehensive wine list, which is definitely not something we have experienced in a lot of other restaurants. The food was absolutely fantastic and super tasty - Some of the best we have had in Boston. Kudos to the chef! And the wine recommended by our waiter, was perfectly paired with the food, kudos to the waiter! Unfortunately we had a slight issue with one of our meals but this was handled very professionally, by both waiter and floormanager, which in my world is the real test of the restaurants quality. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit at Deuxave in the near future.

Best dining experience of my life! I had the halibut with pea puree. We lived the night up because it was our anniversary...which clearly is the best reason to attend such an incredible restaurant. This place makes all other restaurants look stupid. Get everything on the menu. It will blow you away.

All courses were prompt and prepared to expectation. Service was exceptional, personable and rounded out the entire night. Enjoyed the full three hour experience. Would absolutely suggest Deuxave for both professional and special occasions.
