Friday night, about 20 people in the restaurant, service was very slow and the food ordinary. It's bad when the bread was the best part of the sandwich.

Good place to watch the game. Always busy and they serve good beer. Food is your standard fried stuff or salads that don't seem all that healthy even though it's the healthiest thing on the menu. I guess people who watch football usually want wings and burgers...

Dave - you had this experience 2 years ago - you should feel very happy to know that nothing changed to date. Me too on the first day of multi-day conference walked in for lunch. I told the water boy I am ready to order as I only have an hour before my next meeting. The server walked around my table and took everyone else's order but mine. He even took care of people who were seated at a table behind me who arrived 10 minutes after I was seated - but never even bothered to say hi to me!!! I walked out after making a loud and very clear complaint to the Manager on duty. In total I was sipping on water for 15 minutes.

Average food, average prices. Cheesesteak is pretty decent. They have a bunch of TVs. Wouldn't recommend going here especially with all the other fantastic restaurants options so close.

Left $0 tip, that's how bad it was. The service was non-existent. We waited at a table for an hour and no one bothered to check on us. We had to grab our own menus then flag a waiter to even take our order. As a party of 6 whose first time it was at this restaurant, we were deeply disappointed. Good thing we did this at lunch on the first day of a multi-day conference, we were able to spread the word to the rest of the convention center to avoid this place. Food was nothing to be thrilled about, just standard bar food. I might have cared about atmosphere and value if the service wasn't so absolutely despicable. This is the first and only time I ever left a $0 tip -- it was THAT bad!
