Of course! Marketing & PR workers are the 2nd most caffeinated profession.
As someone who works in PR and is in the marketing department, I can say we make more trips to the coffee maker than anyone else.

Google Adwords, Google Docs.... I have high hopes for the brand accounts!
Google+ Business/Brand accounts are coming soon!

Here's what people want to see in them:

-Google Analytics integration

-Google Places integration

"Circle groups" - follow a collection of profiles at once (like Twitter lists)

-API

-Bigger hangouts (for chatting with big communities)

"Cautious & thoughtful approach" to developing the API and opening up the platform to "less authentic" content. As eager as I am to start seeing some opportunities for brands on Google+ , I like the way they're approaching it.
I did a quick video interview with O'Reilly last week at OSCON about what we've learned since Google+ launched and how we're thinking about APIs, brand pages, real names, and the other topics getting a lot of attention these days.
