Hi Everyone. For those who look for a nice option to stay, close from Cusco's main square, check the Atiq Boutique Hotel, an intimate place by the Q’oricancha Temple that we really enjoyed.

One of our Top Treat when we travel to Urubamba : Breaded prawns served in a tangy orange and Andean mint sauce, complemented by a vanilla infused potato mash and crispy avocado pieces, by Pio Vásquez de Velasco, Chef of « El Huacatay » restaurant that proposes a creative cuisine mixing different influences. #Food #Travel

Portrait #7: Carlos runs a family farm that produces organic Coffee. Carlos is a small encyclopedia he shares kindly with you if you're interested in Coffee. It's a beautiful journey we made from the story of his plantations in Quillabamba to the nice coffee we tried in his intimate place called Café Ricchary in #Cusco. He became naturally our coffee. If you're a #Coffeelover, meeting Carlos may be in your travel planning.

A place we would like to include in our guide is the city of #Arequipa and surroundings. Colonial architecture, Santa Catalina Convent, volcanoes, the Colca Canyon and a gastronomic hotspot are among the the White City's many charms.

Portrait #6: Andy was working in Palacio Nazarenas Hotel when we first met 4 years ago. Then our path crossed again recently as he became the manager of Belmond Hiram Bingham luxury train going from #Cusco to #MachuPicchu : Always the same elegant and friendly person wearing a large smile that was really helpful when we were in need. Where are we going to bump into him next ?
