Now that I'm adding more personal stuff into the googleverse, I've decided to try out googles two factor authentication. It's pretty easy to set up and adds a substantial amour of additional security to your google account. If youve ever used a secureID token, it's the same principal. You install an app on your iPhone or android and it generates an 8 digit number for you every 60 seconds. When you log into any google service, you put in your username and password like you always have and then you enter the 8digit number that your iPhone gives you.

You can read about it in more depth here and I'll update in a week or so to tell you how I like it.
