Over the past three years I have purchased 12 tires, 4 rims, and 4 sensors from Belle Tire (all but 4 tires from this location). Most recently, they installed sensors into my tires and rims that did not work. As I am working in Connecticut, I was not able to return to the location to get this fixed. When I called the location to explain to them the problem that the Toyota dealership had found and that the sensors needed to be replaced, Will Badger - who had been my Belle Tire rep - told me that Belle Tire would cover the cost of replacing the sensors. All he needed me to do was send him a copy of the bill and the actual Belle Tire sensors that were taken out. Today my wife visited this Royal Oak location and of the $523.88 bill that I paid to replace the faulty Belle Tire sensors, Will and the manager of this location were only willing to pay $360.40 (i.e., the cost of the actual sensors plus tax). Basically, they refused to pay for the labour and the rebalancing. My wife tried to argue with that they we would not have incurred these expenses had Belle Tire not installed faulty sensors, and that Will had verbally told me when I had called him prior to Toyota replacing the sensors that Belle Tire "would cover the cost of replacing the sensors." The labour and rebalancing were part of the cost of replacing the sensors!!! Both my wife and I are quite frustrated with the lack of customer service and the failure to honour the commitment that Will Badger made to me. We have been loyal customers of Belle Tire, and have often referred friends and colleagues to the store, and specifically this Royal Oak location. Based on this experience, we will NEVER use Bell Tire again, will NEVER recommend this location or company to anyone we know!

Called on the day after Thanksgiving. While they were booked up for most of the week, Bill's sent a guy over later that day (he actually worked a little late to fit us in). Within 20 minutes of arriving he had fixed our washer (and had run through a check twice to confirm that it was fixed). The guy was personable, explained everything he was doing, and gave us tips for the future. Would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone else!!!
