The valet attendants lost the key to my car while it was in their care. They then offered no assistance in finding the key. The key was never found. They were so unhelpful in filing a claim and did not seem at all bothered by the fact they lost it. The key cost my $360 to replace as it is a push start car. This happened two weeks ago and still no one will answer my calls or emails to have this taken care of. Do not park here!!!!!

This parking lot is efficient and friendly. If your destination is around Union Square, you can always get a parking spot here. When self-park fills up, the valets take over free of charge. The lot's pricing is reasonable for the city and the location can't be beat.

Need parking in the heart of the City? This is the place. Rates are standard, it doesn't come for any less. The valet parking is free and makes it easy.

Only took the first piece of paper (NOT A TICKET) which I thought was the ticket. I did not take the second piece of paper (ACTUAL TICKET) because I double pressed on the button. So, went to the closest store I was to go. Got back to the cashier after thirty mins to pay the fee. Cashiers told me that I don't have the ticket and have to pay $32. So, I requested if I could talk to the supervisor, which I did. At the meantime, there were three people ahead of me who had the same problem. Obviously, they were not happy either to pay the 32 lost ticket fee.

This parking garage is conveniently located near Union Square. The prices are not bad, I think I paid something like $18 for 5+ hours on a weekend for lunch and shopping. Usually I do valet parking and the drivers are pretty fast even when there are long lines.

Driving my Ram 2500 4x4, it BARELY fit.. and thankfully I have hill assist, so I wouldn't roll backwards on the ramps (I have a manual transmission)
