Relatively disappointing pizza. Nah it was pretty awful. Dude first of all the garlic nots(haha) were dough strings. They smelled like dough, barely a garlic sauce. Mix together butter and garlic and parm and some seasoning. It's so easy! tsk tsk tsk. I grew up eating and working in new york pizza places, all kinds of new york pizza and what I just ate was almost exactly the same as a digorno. Nope wait the frozen pizza would actually have more cheese so thats incorrect. C'mon boys its 2015 you're sellin a 16" as A FREAKIN XL hahah jeeeez. Where I'm from thats a medium and costs less than ten bucks. An XL pizza is 21 inches, thus defining exxxxtra large. If anyone was bored enough to read all of this, take it from a pizza wizard. Big Daddy's or even lil sleezies is such a ridiculously better deal, you'll get more cheese on that fi dolla hot n ready than you will on two of Johnnys "XL's" ..... Step your cheese game up. Yikes

Great pizza and salads, amazing calzones (my favorite menu item!), decent selection of desserts too. When it's super busy the cooks and wait staff are working their butts off and have always been accommodating, so I can't complain even if my order isn't perfect! Hands down the BEST pizza in Lakewood, maybe even in Denver!

Crust is not too thin, not too thick, but a little fluffy and not as chewy as I'm used to. I ordered eggplant as a topping although it isn't on their list, they made a pizza for me anyway. I'm accustomed to pizza from Long Island, having grown up there, and Johnny's is pretty good. I wish the crust were just a bit heartier, but overall, good. Service has always been very good, dining area is very simple, nothing fancy, but decent. 16" XL pizza is always on the small side and they don't go heavy on the toppings (or cheese, for that matter), so the pizza comes out feeling very light.

Moved to Lakewood from Highlands Ranch, initially Chicago. Most of the pizza we've had in CO was just kind of 'meh' or far overpriced for what you got. Stopped by Johnny's for pickup, dad's pie, knots and a simple salad. Everything was great and the price was excellent! Plus the staff were super friendly, always a big plus. Will be back to try some of the other offerings!

This place sucks. They say they deliver but my hotel, only 3 miles away was out of their delivery zone. Don't waste your time with them

Great pizza, and the garlic knots (when they have enough butter and garlic) are tasty!

The margarita was amazing! I'm a 12 year veteran of Chicago and would rank this as almost as good as the the best pizza I've ever enjoyed at Villa Nova in Stickney, IL. I will be returning with friends and family once I move to CO this year. I almost forgot to add that the price with delivery was very fair at only $17.
