I was a customer there for several years around the turn of the century, and returned when I moved back to NYC. Working out intensely (to the point, sometimes, of being unable to walk for a few minutes afterwards, I was that wiped out) lead to me having the best blood test numbers of my life, despite still having more fat than I'd like. (And the fat is decreasing, too.)
Workouts are up to twice a week, for a half hour each time; that's all that's required.
