First time for me at this place. I had a mother/daughter date night and I think it was great. My daughter is 4 years old but it was just a little too long for her. We were there for almost 3 hours. Highly recommended for adults and great conversation. Finally when the dessert came my daughter was soooo excited. Thumbs up to the servers that are having a child.

EVERY COMBINATION OF FONDUE IMAGINABLE. GREAT FUN FOR A ONCE IN A WHILE TREAT. A BIT PRICEY ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU DO YOUR OWN COOKING BUT IT IS A FUN CONCEPT AND THE INGREDIENTS ARE EXTREMELY FRESH.

this place is awesome. Its small and quiet and "bring your own". I've never had a dish a didn't like and the dessert is the best part. I recommend the one that comes with peanut butter!

I never knew about this place until I received a Living Social deal. So my husband and i decide to try it out last night. I have to say that the only bad thing about this place is the parking- we had to park pretty far from the place. The food is much better than the melting pot and they give you more than the melting pot does. Also our service was fine and the food came out quick. Plus it's so much cheaper than the melting pot! I'd go here again!

Total waste of time and money, nothing stands out. Small, out of place from staff to presentation of dishes. Will never go back.

Went to this fondue restaurant on a Sunday night and experienced extremely slow service that made us want to walk out. Timeline: walked into the restaurant, waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged since there was no hostess. Sat down at our table and waited for 10 minutes for a waitress to give us a menu. Another 15 minutes later and not a single waitress came to our table to ask whether we want drinks or were ready to order. Once someone finally came to took our order, it took another 20 minutes for our cheese appetizer to arrive. The cheese appetizer was no better than any Kraft cheese that you can buy at the supermarket and melt yourself over a water bath. At $16 for this with a few apple slices and a bit of bread, it was a rip off. After about 45 minutes from when we walked into the restaurant, our entrees finally came. I frankly do not understand how it is possible that putting raw food onto a plate can possibly take more than 10 minutes. The portion was very small and the broth tasted no better than water. The only highlight were the sauces, but then again, you do not come to a restaurant just for dipping sauces. For $24, you receive a few small pieces of scallop, about 4 shrimp, and a few one-inch salmon cubes. Not nearly to fill anyone up unless you've had your stomach stapled. Keep in mind that these are all raw and thus they do not need to have a chef in the back to actually cook any of the meat. Although the waitresses were friendly, the slow service was still totally unacceptable. If they want to stay in business, they definetly need to change this big problem. I would highly recommend Shabu Shabu style restaurants over this any day. Will not be going back!
