I apologize for the confusion. What I have issue with is this statement "Dr. Waller found that fewer than half did anything remotely like evidence-based C.B.T." There simply is not any data I am aware of or have been able to find that CBT works or is evidence-based. It is quite the contrary.

The link needed in the article is a link to data that CBT is effective at anything let alone evidence-based. It simply does not exist and your article is based on the assumption that this is a fact without any data to support it.

To make this perfectly clear CBT is not evidence-based. This is what everyone is told and it is held up as truth but is an absolute lie. This lie is why eating disorders have the highest fatality rate of any psychological disorder yet are the easiest to fix.
