This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The woman my husband and I dealt with was rude and extraordinarily unprofessional right from our first meeting. She was patronizing when we had questions and left us sitting on both occasions we were in her "office" while she yelled at whomever she had working for her in the back room of her apartment building. When we got our taxes back, she had calculated both my taxes and my husbands completely wrong, costing us an additional 500$ more than we expected. When my husband called to let her know and to suggest that she had made mistakes and not informed us about several other issues, she yelled at him accusing him of hiding information, and then hung up on him. I'm astounded by the lack of professionalism this woman possessed and am assuming this is why she is working from an apartment building in the suburbs rather than in a more professional setting. That alone should have been a red flag. Lesson learned.
