If I were to come to Melting Pot and do it all over again I would just come for the dessert. Their food isnt that good, and because you cook your own food for the entree if you are doing it with a group it gets really crowded cooking the food in that small pot. Plus the prices are ridiculously expensive for what you get. Trust me just go out to a different restaurant for dinner and then come here for a fun dessert by dipping yummy bite size desserts in amazing chocolate. That is my advice when coming to this restaurant. Plus this restaurant could use a make over. The carpets need to be redone, there were holes in different places, the booths are very uncomfortable. So sitting there for 2 1/2 hours dipping your food isnt exactly relaxing.

very pricey with way too much food, but a fun occasional experience. try the fondue on the fly $45 special at the bar. and keep an eye out for the chocolate covered marshmallows in the chocolate fondue. yum yum. oh and the wine list is very nice.

This place was awesome the food was great the waitress was great. All and all it was really fun its not your run of the mill restaurant so I give it an 8/10. The desert was AWESOME. I highly recommend trying all of their dishes

Honestly, the food and the experience are good but not even close to worth the ridiculous prices. Even if you do not drink you spend at least $50 per person. Apparently the food that you dip (for the apps and dessert not the entree) are endless but when you get charged $10 per person for melted chocolate and some rice crispy treats it does not matter. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

surprised it's still open, don't understand how charging the same prices for uncooked food that i must cook myself is appropriate.

Went here with my girlfriend since we had a $75 gift certificate. The food was good, the decor and drinks are nice and our waiter couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. But even with $75 off the bill and skipping the dessert course, we STILL had to pony up an extra $15 or so, not counting the tip. It's a shame because fondue is fun and the restaurant is an interesting concept, but the price is too high. If you're willing to drop $50 per person on dinner, you can do better than here.
