"Horace and Pete" is some of the best TV I've seen in a long time.
The new series, released without warning on Louis C.K.’s website, may be described as a “Cheers” spec script written by Eugene O’Neill.

That's what I'm screamin'.
It’s about that time where everyone starts to compile their Game of the Year lists. There are a few last minute additions to be considered (Rainbow Six: Siege, Just Cause 3, Xenoblade Chronicles X), but I think most have come up with many of their top picks already. It’s likely that [...]

It's the honeymoon period, for sure, but: I may be falling in love with Arch Linux by way of Antergos.

I don't want to rate this too lowly -- the people are nice and hardworking, and the ingredients were fresh. However, it must be said that anyone who gives this a 4- or 5-star rating simply has no idea what authentic Ramen actually tastes like. Almost none of the dishes serve authentic Ramen broth. The Shoyou is like a blander, clearer version of HEB's chicken broth. The Miso is that plus miso and soy. NONE of them taste anything like a standard Tonkotsu or even an old-fashioned Shio broth, and _all_ of the different broths I've tasted were definitely something actual Ramen is not: bland. A bowl of soup is $10.00 here, which makes it more expensive than practically every other Ramen shop in town, while also being a smaller serving then that offered by every other Ramen shop in town. On top of that: the space is _small_. The seating, when its available, will have you rubbing elbows with a stranger. The thermostat was set to 78. Parking sucks, this being e. 6th and all. It isn't repulsive food, and the condiments in each soup I had were very fresh and tasty. But when compared to every other offering in this city, this is methadone to everyone else's heroin. It's _okay_, once you finally get in there and find anywhere to sit, but everywhere else that sells Ramen is better, sometimes head and shoulders above.
