"I expected much better out of a restaurant with Guy Fieri's name on it."

Me and my wife ran into the restaurant by fluke and we tried it out. We ate well pulled pork sandwich and it was great and the Big Dipper sandwich was awesome. Read the reviews and I totally disagree with the negative ones . I will return from Montreal just to eat there again.

The service was absolutely terrible! The waiter barely said 4 words to us and It took him literally 3 minutes to get me a refill of my soda and we were sitting 20 feet from where they were refilled. Eventually a different waiter noticed that we were sitting there needing service and came to help. We finished eating and sat for like 15 minutes before he brought us our ticket. It was pitiful considering there were barely any customers there. The food was decent. I ate the meatloaf and I kind of enjoyed it but was let down from it considering how much it cost and how average the food was. With the prestigious that the restaurant holds you'd expect better food. I regret that I didn't check the ratings before deciding to eat there.

This is a place for tourists. Once I walked into this restaurant, I felt like I just left New York and dropped into countryside. I want to grab something close to the theater we were going so I thought this would be fun. Unfortunately, the food was not very good. We ordered nacho chips to start. The cheese was cold and glued all the chips together. Our party of three probably only had a few chips each. It definitely didn't start off this meal right. I ordered the ribs. It came out quickly but wasn't very hot. The sauce wasn't flavorful and the meat was very dry. We were in a hurry to get out of there so we didn't send our food back. Plus our server was nice but super stressed out so we kept quiet. Lesson learned...don't reserve a restaurant without reading reviews. We definitely won't be coming back here.

2 visits in 9 days tells you how much we enjoyed this restaurant. 1st time round we went bacon mac and cheese burgers with angry orchard cider and it was bliss. 2nd started with Guys Italianachos, bacon mac and cheese and bacon mac and cheese burgers with garlic fries. Followed by NY cheese cake and cookie dough pie. Washed down with more angry orchard. Food was sooooooooooo good and I felt like calling 911 as I was gonna burst. Service was great both times, but second time the blonde lady called Marla who was working the bar was brilliant super attentive, great banter and made us feel so welcome. I completely recommend this joint. I did not experience anything the negatives did. It was awesome and just being off Times Square makes this top notch. #boom #finisheditall

waited all day for my evening out dinner for my birthday before broadway show. immediate seating, server showed up almost instantly with a "hello love".asking for a recommendation he suggested the pulled pork sliders. i explained to him that on my last visit to NYC i had literally got up and left Neelys for cold food then food so hot from being heated in the microwave. food came and 1st bit was such a disappointment.no spice no pizazz no nothing. tasted like nothing more than pulled pork with sweet baby rays sweet bbq sauce poured on it.server ask how everything was and i explained how boring and bland the pork was and it may have been an added plus if the fries had been cooked to ordered and served hot. after waiting all day to eat what was to be a "special" night out for myself with dinner being the start, it turned out to be such a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT....never again.

We had excellent service the moment we walked into the restaurant. Our waitress was beyond nice. They let us exchange a drink we didn't like without charge. We ordered Volcanos Chicken, Meatloaf and bbq bacon wrapped shrimp. DELCIOUS!!!

expected so much more from this restaurant. Meat was bland, nachos were overcooked, service was horrible with rude servers. And half of the souvenir t-shirts and swag was "out of stock". I would rather eat from a food cart.
