I couldn't give it a zero. Service was awful and it wasn't even really a busy day. 4 of us were there for lunch. We ordered a salad, to plates of sliders, and the mac-n-cheese burger. The salad came out without any other entrees. After waiting 10 minutes (I looked at my watch). I had to find our server to ask where the other entrees were. after another 5 minutes they showed up. I can't speak for the sliders, but the mac-n-cheese burger was mine. SUPER bland. Absolutely ZERO flavoring in the hockey puck of a chunk of meat they loosely called a "burger". Over $100 for lunch for 4. Forget it, I would have rather eaten at McDonald's.

I waited 45 min to be seated and is was for only one person i order the a stesk medium.it took 30 mins and when i got it was so tough that i could not eat they took it a d i just told them forget.it it took to long for first one sry guy u need to check in on this place

It took me back to my school lunch days. I ordered the Pretzel Chicken Tenders, which ended up being regular tenders with pretzel crumbles and pretzel salt on it. Really not impressed. I ordered the "legendary" mac and cheese burger. I honestly couldn't taste anything interesting about it. The mac and cheese was as bland as the stuff you buy in a box; the bacon, while thick, didn't really taste like bacon (there was no smoke flavor at all); the burger itself was kind of just there with no unique meat flavor coming through. I'll admit, I'm a 5 Guys fan, where you can definitely taste the beef, but I expected something about this meal to at least elicit a raised eyebrow. Also, the two kids running the upper bar area were so swamped, most of the people within earshot had to ask other employees for their requests (refill, wants to order their food, wants the check, etc). I made sure that one of the few times I had their attention, I made sure to let them know to bring the check and a box. While the hype is nice, it is merely fluff. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love Diners,Driveins &Dives, and I honestly can't believe Guy owns this place. I had the egg rolls (looked very generic, brown/gray, with generic dipping sauce). Had the Ribs also, (tough, dry meat, with generic BBQ sauce). Menu says "seasoned fries", I asked about that, since my fries didn't even appear salted, and she said, "the menu is misleading, they're only salted". Clearly some restaurant consultant told Guy to make this menu as generic/boring as possible...and then hired line cooks who couldn't get hired at Applebee's. Sorry Guy...I still love you, but your restaurant needs your help!

Lets get to the point: I woke up at 4am last night and threw up Guy's smoked bbq ribs and "seasoned fries." I haven't thrown up for 7 years and am known for my stomach of steel. I'm a HUGE Guy fan so I was super disappointed that he would associate with food of such low quality. The ribs tasted like wood chips and possibly tasted better on the way back up. The "seasoned" fries didn't even have salt and had 0 seasoning. I also ordered the cheesecake. How can you mess up cheesecake? Listen, for me to leave cheesecake on my plate, its a biiiig deal. It tasted like artificial lemon grass and wasted money. PS I made a Google account just to rate this restaurant. If you go here after reading this I hope you get as I did... Ever experienced explosive diarrhea and vomiting all at the same time? Brace yourself, your life will never be the same. GUY you should be embarrassed to allow food like this.

Just a note of thanks to this restaurant; my 14 year old has to eat gluten free and this place did a great job making sure she got served GF food. She was in a large school group from California and the attention the staff paid to this matter for her is really appreciated!

Food was OK, service was awful. Huge fan of Guy Fieri, but I have a hard time believing he puts his name on this place. Server repeatedly missed orders for simple things like water or silverware, and it was an ordeal at the front just to get a T-shirt. For the money, definitely can't recommend it.

We spent $140 a piece for new years tickets. This didn't allow you to get in times square, just access to their food and well drinks. FYI, food is barely equal to an applebees. At ~11pm we walked outside to watch the ball drop, finding out our ticket didn't get us crap. So we hung out by the barricade until ~12:05.(FYI - Johns pizza bands would allow you into timesquare) When we went back, even with wrist bands gave us they wouldn't let us back into the restaurant. (Why give wrist bands when they don't mean crap?) Bouncer had no problem letting people he personally knew in, but after paying $140, with our ticket stubs and our wrist bands, with NO warning when we left we wouldn't be let back in, they refused allowing us to re-enter saying they weren't letting anyone with wristbands back in. (Only way to get back in was with an un-torn (nonclaimed) ticket, EVEN though we already had spent $140 to get in. I can't wait for this place to go out of business if not for mediocre food, but for the worst management in the history of restaurants. I hope every single one of these managers/bouncers gets fired. We had gone last year which was mediocre for service. This year is deplorable. Don't waste your time or money. Food is average at best. Service/Management ruins it completely.
