Philippines Outsourcing Tip 1: Daily Communication

Investing In The Education Of Your Filipino Workers.
My case study with Chris Johnstone is one of the best examples of how training your Filipino employees is good for business.
Training takes time, money and effort that a lot of business owners don’t want to invest in. But training your employees is an investment you can’t afford not making, especially if you want to be able to replace yourself in your business.
So how does giving the right kind of training pay off in your business?
Training your employees gives them more skills which means they can do more work that’s also better. They can do more work because they know how to do more things. They can also do it BETTER because with training, they’ll start to see how their job relates to the overall scheme of your business.
Let me give you an example:
Let’s say you have this great content writer that you gave a bit of SEO training to. With SEO training, he starts to see how keywords work and why they’re important. He’ll see how robots see the keywords in the articles he writes and how that program judges relevance. He’ll understand what readers want to see as opposed to what the robots sees.
With that SEO training, he’ll be more conscious with his writing. He’ll make the effort to put the keywords in the right places. He’ll understand more what his readers want based on the keyword searches.
It makes sense that when they have more training they learn more and understand more. When they understand your business more, when they understand it better, they start to see the problems that may occur. They can bring these problems to you so you can be aware of them. But knowing Filipino worker, they’ll find a way to solve it themselves when they understand it.
