I am 48 years old, which makes me ancient in a tech store. My tech savvy son said that I MUST by my computer from micro center. They are very knowledgeable and treat non-tech people with respect, patience, and dignity. A+ for in-store customer service. I would recommend buying from this store to everyone buying a pc. Also, they keep my purchase history in a database under my phone number. So, I don't have to worry about loosing receipts, guarantees, etc. The reason I only gave it four starts is because when you call them, they have a large menu. They want you to find your answer on their website instead of calling them,.It's hard to figure out how to talk to a human. Even though I need a simple code to fix my problem, (to a activate Microsoft office, which I paid for,) I have to make a trip there instead of getting the code off the phone. But, because I have had such a positive over-all experience with them, i don't mind making the trip. (Probably my kids will want to go along with me. So, it will be a rare opportunity to do something with my teenagers,.lol)

Absolutely horrible ALL i had was a broken hard drive it has taken 3 weeks just to replace it. AND it is 2 days past the re estimated expected date of it to be ready. And apparently the people in the store itself cant verify that it is there HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHEN IT IS THERE. I cant believe im saying this but...i would rather go to best buy... that is a real accomplishment microcenter you have to really try to be this bad

When I needed to add some memory to my computer, the folks at Micro Center were very helpful in explaining everything to me. I will continue to use them for my computer needs.

Went searching for a laptop for school/work/personal/home. I had a budget of $450.00 and the sales department went out of their way to help me meet my needs. I was given several options and selected the best one. I ended up getting a Dell and it had hardware issues. Went back the next day (45 minute drive) and talked to the manager of the store. He was very understanding and went to the fullest extent to satisfy my needs. I cannot thank Microcenter's staff enough for helping me get into a new laptop that was even beyond my budget and specifications. Thank you so much for helping me and I will always be a dedicated customer and give every recommendation I can.

Very good customer service. I had a problem with the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to my TV monitor. The staff were able to exactly pin point what the issue was. And I were able to get me a laptop battery that I ordered for. Excepting that the order took a couple of weeks to be delivered.

I love shopping here but it's a shame that the repair center won't fix a broken tablet screen unless it's a big name like iPad or Samsung.

Will not price match many things, for multiple reasons, using multiple excuses. Very rude customer service on the phone. Btw do not ever EVER buy their cords and cables, overpriced. Been a customer for a long time till now!
