Main reason for going - to ride the go carts. Can't beat the variety of tracks to choose from and the two-seat carts that made it fun for the 7-8 year olds. Kids loved the arcade where they won toys (yoyo's) for their efforts.

Called ahead for three in my party, got a text msg we were on the call list. Arrived and gave name at the door, they said a text msg would be sent to my phone when our table was ready. Waited 45 mins or more, had to remind them - they forgot we were waiting - got text msg table is ready. (Cost me a $1 in text msgs! - saved them using those vibrators.) We were seated and left waiting another 15 mins before our waiter asked about drinks. Supposedly, when drinks are up at the bar, any waiter can deliver them to the table, not necessarily our table waiter. Didn't happen - drinks took their good old time getting to us. Needless to say, without describing dinner... the service is very poor. I ordered scallops - got 6 delicious morsels and wanted more... didn't seem like enough for the price.

My husband and I were looking for some place quiet that served fish dishes on a weekday evening. Parking was limited to the shoulder of the road into the weeds. A cool breeze off the lake made dining on the patio a pleasant experience on a hot summer day. Our plastic table sagged in the center, was covered with a table cloth, but we had enough space for two people, and room for all our condiment items. I ordered coconut shrimp and my husband selected broiled scallops, so we could easily share our meals. The seafood dishes came to our table hot and tasted delicious. After having a garden salad and rolls with butter, we had our fill of our meals, and regret not partaking in a dessert. It was a very relaxing atmosphere even when they were busy with so many outdoor diners.

Parked across the street from Harry's for lunch. Warning: stay within the lines or you'll have a $15 parking ticket. Our meal was delightful with just enough spicy zip to taste like New Orleans style food. We ate at an elevated table close to the entrance (table #1), so we didn't see much of the decor. Selected this dining spot because it was not a "chain" restaurant that seems to be everywhere - uniqueness is good. I would definitely go there again.
