I'm always saying how Hawaii needs to get kids coding early and often. I finally got an opportunity to put my money where my mouth is.

See how the /r/Hawaii subreddit stepped up to help one teacher get support and recognition for the kids in the Ala Wai Elementary School Computer Science Club.

Warning: Warm and fuzzy feels ahead.

If you are trying to be a professional creative, you really MUST listen to the John Cleese episode of +The Nerdist Podcast. He talks about all his self-doubt, even after he became massively successful. Really eye-opening.

Also, the +Wil Wheaton episode. Listen to that, too.
