Oh, and I still have the option of providing an inner box lined with vacuum insulated panels. Depends on size and cost.

As the cabinet could provide LOTS of volume, I reasoned the inexpensive cost of foam, and the ease of construction, it provides is acceptable. Already the box is at 3.5 inches of foam all around. That is nearly R-18. Which isn't bad.

Ha! SuperFly. I might be more of a Saturday Night Fever dude however.
I got the LED strips here: http://www.adafruit.com/products/346. They sell controllers too. Weather resistant. Not waterproof. The strips are in a flexible water resistant sleeve. Attached with small wire tires through wire tie #8 mount  blocks held up with tapping screws. Every eight inches.

Memorial Day Weekend 2015
First time out on the boat this year. As much as it is a chore and frustrating to get ready to go, it is always worth it in the end. Had trouble (again) getting the holding tank discharge pump to work. Oh well, an empty tank should be enough for the weekend...
