What has happened to my favorite restaurant? I have been enjoying Trio for YEARS so when my friends from South Carolina visited this week, we went there for lunch. What a disappointment! The quality of the food was horrible. My grouper sandwich consisted of two small smelly pieces of fish with tomato slices that looked like they had been sliced days before and kept in the refrigerator. The tartar sauce they served with the sandwich had a discolored film over it like it had been sitting out too long. My husband had his favorite, the cobb salad, and it was also a disappointment. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to make our friends uncomfortable. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! Really, Trio, get it together. There are too many other good restaurants for you to ignore the quality of your food.

Delicious! Service was excellent, this was my first visit definitely not my last! My children treated my mother and I on Christmas Eve, 2014, for dinner. At 84 this was a first to get her out of the kitchen, however she was admitedly delighted! Thank you so much😜

5 years ago when we lived in Amberley Village we would frequent Trio 3-4 times/week. We since moved so it's not quite as easy to get to. We tried it several days ago only to be SO disappointed we'll never return. The manager was busy flirting with the hostesses and didn't give two squats about his clientele, we had a bimbo waitress with bleached and messy hair pulled up on top her head who looked like she just got out of bed and was as rude to us as she was the golf yuppies in the booth across the aisle from us. She didn't even have the decency to ask why I only took two bites of my Cesar salad which used to be my staple. I lived for it. Now it, to put it bluntly sucks. It's flavorless, she didn't ask if I wanted cracked pepper, has virtually no dressing (a cost savings no doubt) and has the character of our waitress - NONE. Too bad you've just lost two customers, especially ones who were so well taken care of by your former manager - I believe his name to be Ken. We also used to be waited on by Keith and his wife who were the absolute finest servers. Now you hire blonde bimbos who can't even puff out their chests because they have none. Keep it up, Trio, and you too will slowly sink into the lousy restaurant abyss.

When you go to Trio, you can see why they have been around so long. We have been to Trio many times, and we have never had a bad experience or a bad meal. This is a great place for birthday or other celebrations as well, and you will often see such groups, even on weeknights. Trio is the best option off the Montgomery Road exit, no doubt about it.

Staff goes above and beyond. Excellent brunch options. They handled a large crowed with small children effortlessly!

I went to Trio on 12/15/2009 as part of a work christmas party. The restaurant looked great, the staff was reasonably friendly and efficient, and I generally enjoyed my food. I thought it was a little pricey for the quality, but not terrible. My problem came a few days later when I was looking at my bank account. I had been double charged for my drinks which I paid for seperately from the rest of the meal because the company paid for the food, but not the alcohol. I called back today on my lunch break to get the issue fixed around 12:30 and I was told that they were too busy and that I needed to call back after two. I think this is absolutely terrible. Anywhere that charges over $20 dollars a plate should really do a better job of addressing a legitimate complaint. I don't patronize places that steal my money and then are too busy to even talk about giving it back
