There is an ongoing debate among web designers on what is a better option to choose for a website - a multipurpose theme or a niche specific design.

We have decided to analyse the dilemma and highlight the key benefits of multipurpose HTML themes over regular ones.

More and more often web designers, freelancers, creative agencies, sole entrepreneurs and large corporations are shifting to ready-made themes.

What's the best? Multi-purpose themes or niche-specific themes?

If you've worked with websites for any period of time, you'll know that Pagebuilders for WordPress are the best thing since sliced bread.

The ability to construct pages and posts in little to no time is a huge advantage for your clients, who don't really care or want to know about all of the coding which goes with creating a page.

Up to now, there was one little drawback though. PageBuilders worked in the backend. And the page you build is not actually visible. You're guessing at what you're building.

Not anymore.

The new version of Divi 3 Pagebuilder changes all of that. You are actually looking at the end-result as you build in page, in the frontend!

+Elegant Themes have been setting the bar quite high for #WordPress themes. This is no different. They've once again set the bar quite high.

Have a look at our full Divi 3 theme + Pagebuilder review.

The choice of hosting package which you buy is critical to the success of your website.

There's no doubt about that.

Buy into a great hosting server, and your fast, snappy website will be a pleasure to experience.

Skimp on the hosting, and your site's speed, security and user experience will suffer, to the extent that you will lose visitors AND business.

We've tested two great niche hosting servers, +SiteGround.com and +InMotion Hosting

AJAX. Node.js. React.js. Angular. Javscripts. All sorts of .js libraries. The popularity explosion of #Javascript does not look like it's going to slow any time soon.

Of course, with such a large demand, there are going to be a number of side-effects.

1. Hiring Javascript developers which are great at what they do is going to get harder, most of them are probably already very well employed.

2. The price of hiring a Javascript developer is bound to get higher. A lower supply pushes up prices, simply because people can afford to ask for better salaries and because anybody who wants a great Javascript developer is going to be prepared to pay more.

3. There's going to be an influx of jackals. People who actually pose as good Javascript developers, whilst in fact they cannot really tell there Java from their <scripts>...

With that said, it's going to get a little bit tricky to hire Javascript developers.

Here's a few things you'll need to keep in mind when looking for Javscript developers.
