This comment makes you sound like a crazy person "just saying". Also you better never see a doctor or take medicine again because that's science!

It’s Launch Day! NASA’s Tracking and Data Relay Satellite is ready for launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Launch Complex 41. Liftoff is scheduled for 9:05 p.m. EST, the opening of a 40-minute launch window. Live coverage on NASA TV begins at 6:30 p.m.

The TDRS-L spacecraft is the second of three new satellites designed to ensure vital operational continuity for NASA by expanding the lifespan of the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) fleet, which consists of eight satellites in geosynchronous orbit. The spacecraft provide tracking, telemetry, command and high bandwidth data return services for numerous science and human exploration missions orbiting Earth.

There's a new kind of planet to add to Kepler's cornucopia of alien worlds, and you won't find it in Earth's own solar system. Introducing Mini-Neptunes: http://oak.ctx.ly/r/lt6b

We need more police like this.

Colorado Sheriff John Cooke discusses why he and fellow sheriffs are so strongly opposed to the new gun control laws. The laws, he says, “hurt law-abiding citizens” and "are not going to do anything to make this state safer." He sums up: “In my oath it says I’ll uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Colorado. It doesn’t say I have to uphold every law passed by the Legislature.”
Sheriff Cooke refuses to enforce ‘feel good laws’ he says are unenforceable and which violate Second Amendments rights.

The chances of life being out in deep space is very high! Most likely we will find microbial life way before intelligent life. Currently we haven't found any type of life yet though. We are still looking for planets that have the building blocks that could produce life.

Intel announces Edison, a computer the size of an SD card
Intel built a processor for wearable computing, and now it has a tiny computer where that processor can live. At CES 2014, Intel CEO Brian Krzanich announced Edison, "a full Pentium-class PC" that's the size and shape of the SD card you might otherwise put in your camera. It's powered by a dual-core Quark SOC, runs Linux, and has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, according to the company. Intel even has a specific app store designed for Edison, and a special version of Wolfram that will come to the tiny computer.
