"Yes means yes" laws hurt men AND women
A lack of due process in “yes means yes” — or “affirmative consent” — laws, which seek to define how college men and women engage in sexual activities, isn’t just harmful to men. Under the recently passed California consent law, colleges and universities have to be just 50.01 percent sure that accusers are telling the truth in order to brand the accused rapists and possibly expel them from school. This “preponderance of evidence” standard can be ...

Feminist hysteria is causing the infantilization of women
When did female empowerment become female infantilization? Women once were encouraged to be strong and independent, to brush aside insensitive words and actions and to emerge stronger. But now, politicians, pundits, even celebrities are feeding an outrage machine by telling women they should be offended by anything and everything. The latest example comes from actress Lena Dunham, famous not only for her HBO show “Girls” but also for a 2012 polit...

Democratic women up the rhetoric amid midterm concerns
In what appears to be an act of desperation, Democratic women have begun using domestic violence and other intense language against Republicans in the final months of the 2014 elections. The most recent example comes from Sen. Kay Hagan, D-N.C., who released an ad on Friday called “Punches,” in which she tells viewers she’s “tough enough to keep taking the punches” from opponents apparently “distorting” her record. She even used that exact langua...

Another well written article by +Ashe Schow My only hope is that anyone, that doesn't catch on to the obvious lack of policy efficacy and  extreme amount of hyperbole by Democrat candidates, won't actually vote.

Yes means yes laws spreading across the US
It’s been just three weeks since Gov. Jerry Brown, D-Calif., signed the nation's first “affirmative consent” — or “yes means yes — law, yet already lawmakers across the country are copying it. The ink was barely dry on the California law when Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-N.Y., announced implementing it's spirit on the 64 campuses of the State University of New York. Cuomo indicated he wanted to expand the policy to all colleges in the state in the form o...

Disregard rape. Acquire tacos.
How can men prevent sexual assault? They can tell their pals while out drinking that the woman they’re talking to is “ugly” and “not worth sleeping with,” according to an anti-rape activist. Kat Hofland, president of “I Always Get Consent,” an anti-rape organization, told an audience at Arizona State University in early September that suggesting women are ugly is a better rape deterrence than women being aware of their surroundings, Campus Reform...

Wendy Davis failed to pay her taxes on time
After months of delay, Texas state senator and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis finally released her full 2013 tax return this week — and it turns out she was hit with a fine for late payment. In April, her Republican opponent, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, released his 2013 tax data while Davis filed an extension, vowing she “absolutely” would release her tax returns.
