Each neighborhood’s look and feel can best be experienced when you walk or drive around it, from its settings, its buildings, and its flair. This neighborhood has some really cool things about the way it looks and feels. 

Kapiolani Blvd/Piikoi St area is a neighborhood that is on the ocean with amenities that bring locals and visitors to the waterfront for recreational activities or to check out the local scenery.

Built in 1968, 1350 Ala Moana has 33 Floors with 353 Units of two and three bedroom floor plans. This development’s amenities include a beautiful swimming and  whirlpool, BBQ area, a well maintained recreation area, and parking with a covered roof. 1350 Ala Moana has continually made upgrades and renovated its common areas over the years, and the security system includes retinal scanners to gain access.

1350 Ala Moana was design was created by famed architect Minoru Yamasaki, who also designed the original World Trade Center in New York City.

Diamond Head real estate is an exceptional place to live, with its smaller yet charming historic homes close to Kapiolani Park. Many of these were built in the early 1920’s and retain all their original charm to the finest estates on streets like Noela Dr, Noela Pl and Diamond Head Cir. If you have a chance to visit the area, it’s well worth the time to see these properties and their breathtaking views of the Waikiki skyline, as well as Koolau mountain views.
