Just prepped some Crack Dip for tomorrow afternoon - it's one of the easiest recipes I have, but every time I accompany the hubby to an afternoon of board gaming, the host requests it. Wonder how quickly it will disappear...
This would have been a great recipe to post a couple of weeks ago for Superbowl, but I'm a bit slow in blog updates (couple of tough weeks at work and getting over my annual winter cold). I have seen recipes for Buffalo Chicken Dip, aka Crack Dip, on a lot of different blogs, but hadn't ...

I finally got in a little baking the other week. If you know me, I'm a sucker for coconut and pistachios - these cookies are the best of both worlds. They were flavorful and much lighter than other macaroons I've made. And the best part? They were a great recipe to make with my 2-year old, who was able to stir and "wiggle" the mixer to beat the eggs. #Cookies #Recipe  http://ow.ly/KLjgQ

Any time I see a new variation of a recipe including some of my favorite ingredients like black beans, chicken and salsa, I know it’s going to be a winner … Read More

Skillet Buttermilk Cornbread - a quick and easy side for chili and all of the cold weather we've been having! #Recipe
This month's theme for What's Baking? - baking bread - was chosen by Heather at Hezzi-D's Books and Cooks. I definitely debated about whether to use this as an excuse to make a warm, crusty baguette. I contemplated a dinner of fresh bread and cheese, maybe a little fresh fruit and ...

This espresso chocolate cake looks absolutely decadent. Add PB frosting and rum drizzle? I'm in heaven. #dessert

I sooo wish I could drink right now. So many delish blood orange cocktails and by the time I can drink, the season will be over.

Blood Orange Rosemary Spritzer for your Oscar Party celebrations this evening or as a perfect Sunday brunching cocktail.  I'll let you make the decision.   #SundaySupper   #Bloodorange   #rosemary   #cocktail   #beverage   #recipeoftheday

{Book Review} Snitch - a suspense novel that stood out from most of what I read in the genre, for the writing style and character development.
