When the forecast weather is hot, the best way to beat the heat is with a sunrise paddle. By prior arrangement, we're happy to deliver your kayaks, or lead your tour, before sunrise, because we think that's one of the best times of the day.

Take a break during your guided kayak tour with coffee, biscuits, local treats and great company as the sun sets, while you enjoy the view opposite the cliffs. What a great way to unwind.

Golden hour at beautiful Booky Cliffs. Our tours usually stop opposite to enjoy the view, and a cuppa as the sun sets. Tours bookable online at http://bit.ly/2f2QL3D

These mighty redgums have had their roots permanently submerged for 88 years, since nearby Lock 4 at #Bookpurnong, was competed in 1929. Lots of different birds love to roost there – pelicans, cormorants, darters, kite, parrots and more! And - there are a couple of great backwaters to explore here too.

We love the Murray River, but for variety and scenery we especially prefer the multitude of wetlands and side creeks that can be found along the river in many places, in the Riverland. Let us advise you on the best places to launch, paddle and camp. #wetlands, #kayaking, #LocalKnowledge

Some of the creeks which are often dry, but filled up during December's high water, are still a lovely spot to spend some time in. We have memories of paddling this exact spot in December, about 2 metres higher. I'm sure that the people who joined us on our High Water Tours, wouldn't recognize it at all!

I'd rather find myself in the middle of nowhere, than in any city on earth. How about you. #LoveWhereILive, #myriverland, #SouthAustralia

I think person and pelican were both enjoying checking each other out. Taking a leisurely paddle, enjoying the scenery and birdlife is a great relaxing way to spend the afternoon. #kayakhire #guidedcanoetour
