Everyone was helpful and wonderful. My sales guy, Jerry, was the absolute best. I love my terrain and I'm especially glad I chose King GMC as my dealership.

I came down from CT to purchase a used truck. Jhonny was my rep and he kept all of his promises to me. It was honestly one of the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchases I ever made. Because the truck I need for my business is not common I often have to travel good distances to find one. In years past I had horrible experiences with other dealers in similar situations because they would sell the truck out from under me. That did not happen here and the dealership did exactly what one would hope and expect them to do. It's rare to find a no hassle place like this. I am very happy with my purchase and Jhonny along with everyone else who worked there were all incredibly friendly on top of it.

They were disrespectful, hateful and belligerent! The uncultured arrogant parts guy, who broke my part for my vehicle, forced me to replace it, with extra fees, after they should have absorbed the cost. Then, after they broke it, the corpulent ignorant service mgr tried to defend the arrogant and pompous staff members behavior who tried to blame me for breaking it. The general manager, who had no concern for costumer service and was generally incompetence, asked me to leave after they extorted money from me, after I tried to politely explain the situation multiple times. I am never doing business here. At the end of the day, I hope they merrily choke on the money they received.

Mike (Service Writer) and his team were 100% professional! He answered whatever question I asked, and when he wasn't sure, he checked with the tech doing the work and called me back with the information. In this case he went one step further. Initially, he said that the issues would not be covered under my extended warranty. I asked him to verify the warranty program, and it turns out that what was showing was incorrect. He found the correct warranty info and the repair was covered. I've purchased 3 vehicles at King and might make it 4 in the future. Sales and Service have been excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend king to other potential customers.

i was treated very disrespectfully at king dealership. i brought a $65000 truck and the sales man couldn't even show me how to start it.i got no assist with my car. one of the salmon even called my a liar in front of my wife. they took my money and didn't give me no customer service. i would like to be contact to resolve my issues with king dealership

Good morning. I wanted to send a Testimonial on our experience with King Buick! I can't hold back...BEST experience ever in car shopping! My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles that day. Unfortunately he didn't get his from King Buick and to say the least he didn't have such a great experience. My sales rep Jim McGarry was absolutely great! We communicated a lot via email and text which was what I preferred because of my busy schedule. Everything was pretty much complete before I arrived! All I needed to do was sign the papers! The financial guy we worked with was HILARIOUS! He even was able to get my rate down even lower. I truly believed both of these gentleman "worked for ME." They were honest and friendly. I purchased a 2012 Terrain and absolutely love it! I was concerned about snow and they were able to explain the difference of 4 wheel drive vs. AWD. After the past few days of snow, I am in love with AWD compared to my Explorer I traded in. We traveled a hour and a half to go to Kings, but it was worth EVERY MILE! I'll be back when it comes time for the next vehicle and I can't stop telling my friends and family about the amazing experience!! Jim, I can't thank you enough! I am very happy with the Terrain. We went from a Ford Family to a GMC/Chevy Family and I can tell you now that we won't be going back! You were great! Best of luck to you and have a save 2015 as well, fellow birthday person! ;) Mr. Aschenbach, you have a GREAT team!
