I don't usually write reviews, however I have to say that King Buick GMC is absolutely amazing! I had a great experience with the whole staff there and I really felt the "family" atmosphere. Kevin and Steve, both awesome sales managers, helped me understand my vehcile purchase from top to bottom and they truly took time and care making my experience enjoyable. I would recommend ANYONE in the market for a vehicle to visit King Buick GMC in Gaithersburg! Thank you guys!

King was one of the best dealerships I have ever purchase a vehicle from that made you feel comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We live in Maryland and drove 1 1/2 hours to look at the GMC at King. We made this drive because Brian Miller (Sales Person) stayed in touch with us through out the day and also sent us pictures. He is an exceptional sales person who really cares about his customers. Mitch Mitchell (Finance Manager) was extremely nice and was very clear and thoural during the finance process. We are so glad we went to KING!

Marty was very professional and nice. He checked me in and after I asked gave me an estimated completion time. The oil change/tire rotation was completed before the time he had given me. I asked if air could be placed in tires and when I checked it was not done. It was a good price since I had a coupon.

If I could give NO star, I would!... Be careful everybody, be really extra cautious when dealing with anybody from their service staff specifically (BRANDON)...and most especially the Manager... They will try to talk you in to agreeing to something that would be given as a verbal estimate / quotation and will omit something or change something from what was not agreed upon. Their staff really went from Bad to Really Worst!........ You couldn't air your sentiments and concerns because the Manager himself is a total Jerk!..... If you try to complain on something, the manager would just tell you that he heard your initial discussions with his Service Staff and presumed that he got every detail that he needs from "Eves-Dropping". And when you ask them who you should speak with (or higher than the manager) if you want to complain the manager, the manager would just arrogantly reply...."I AM THE ONLY ONE".... SERIOUSLY???... So, Folks!.... Whenever you deal with these guys....always ask for a written estimate or quotation then check it 3-5 times to be sure that all that you've agreed upon are included in that thing. or Better yet, avoid going to this King Buick GMC dealer and service... a couple of miles driving to find a good GMC or Chevy dealer is better than being treated like a piece of garbage by these guys.....or better go to 355 Toyota because they have the best and honest service so far.....

Good morning. I wanted to send a Testimonial on our experience with King Buick! I can't hold back...BEST experience ever in car shopping! My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles that day. Unfortunately he didn't get his from King Buick and to say the least he didn't have such a great experience. My sales rep Jim McGarry was absolutely great! We communicated a lot via email and text which was what I preferred because of my busy schedule. Everything was pretty much complete before I arrived! All I needed to do was sign the papers! The financial guy we worked with was HILARIOUS! He even was able to get my rate down even lower. I truly believed both of these gentleman "worked for ME." They were honest and friendly. I purchased a 2012 Terrain and absolutely love it! I was concerned about snow and they were able to explain the difference of 4 wheel drive vs. AWD. After the past few days of snow, I am in love with AWD compared to my Explorer I traded in. We traveled a hour and a half to go to Kings, but it was worth EVERY MILE! I'll be back when it comes time for the next vehicle and I can't stop telling my friends and family about the amazing experience!! Jim, I can't thank you enough! I am very happy with the Terrain. We went from a Ford Family to a GMC/Chevy Family and I can tell you now that we won't be going back! You were great! Best of luck to you and have a save 2015 as well, fellow birthday person! ;) Mr. Aschenbach, you have a GREAT team!

We were buying a car, and a guy from that worked it one of the office told one of my friends to "shut up". very rude, the person was a little bald, and fat white guy. hope you fire him. hated the visit there and never buying a car there again

I have had King do maintenance on a couple of my commercial trucks and last winter they did a full maintenance service for one of my trucks that included a DOT inspection. As part of the DOT inspection they are required to inspect the brake pads to ensure they are not too thin. They said that all the pads were fine, however, about 3,000 miles after the inspection was done, the brake pads on one of the wheels fell out of the caliper because the pads were totally worn and the metal backing was rubbing against the rotor. The failure of the brakes put the driver in a dangerous situation that, thankfully, did not end badly. It cost about $1,200 to have a mechanic provide road service for the truck to replace the rotor, and pads. I called King to let them know about the incident and how the failure of the brakes just 3,000 miles after and inspection was done made me concerned that the inspection was not correctly done. I was told that someone would follow up with me but I never received a follow-up call from anyone. I called at least three other times regarding the incident and they failed to follow up with me or to address my concerns about the dangerous situation that happened so soon after they said that the truck was in good repair. I run a company and totally understand that sometimes people make mistakes. However, I also expect the company to step in and make things right; King has failed to do that.
