Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! Went here with friends (all first-timers) wanting to try something new. As soon as we walked in, we began saying how good the food smells. We all, even the pickiest eater of the group, LOVED the food. The service was top notch. We were immediately seated. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to be descriptive about dishes. Even helped us choose our meal and drinks based on our tastes and likes. The food came out quickly. We couldn't get enough of the cheese naan. We all want to go back...soon! Spicy means really spicy. If you aren't a true spicy lover, go for something flavorful...everything we had non-spicy was very flavorful. At the end freeeeeeee mango ice-cream and chai tea. Much better from the competitors.

Excellent foods! I have been to many Indian food places and this one jumped right to the top of the list. Don't miss out on this place if you are looking to expand your taste buds.

We stopped by for our dinner, though it was nearly closing time we were served. Delicious food and amazing customer service. And that complimentary tea, we just loved it.

I am a regular buffet diner, having a short lunch break. I've repeatedly eaten at all three Indian buffets on Baymeadows. The others cannot compare to Flavors. The herbs/spices they use are noticeably fresher, they vary the menu constantly, and the service is responsive, relaxed and welcoming. The only reason Flavors hasn't put the others out of business, as far as I can tell, is location.

Very tasty food. Service is good as well. Lunch buffet togo might be expensive but the dine in there is a good idea. Love the lamb curry.

I've gone to all of the other Indian restaurants (minus Masala) for their lunch buffets and today I tried Flavors for the first time for lunch (I've been there once before for a dinner special they had). Overall both times were fantastic. The decorations could be better but like another comment said, their food makes up for it. They separate their buffet with vegetarian recipes and breads/starches on one side and non-veg/desserts on the other which I liked. Foodwise, they had a great meat selection. Yummy goat curry and tikka masala. They also had fish curry and butter chicken which are two I don't recall being at the other places. Both were good. Their tandoori chicken was juicy and perfect to say the least. They had a few interesting veg dishes that were good and that I also don't recall being at the others. Their saag paneer was pretty good but still not better than the kind at India's Restaurant. I won't hold that against them though because their meats were phenomenal and my waiter actually came and chatted with me for a few about different recipes and Indian culture. I'm so torn because all of the Indian restaurants in the area have something special about them, but the friendly and personalized service here is what really sets this one apart. I had this same service when I was here on a busy dinner night. I'll be back for their lunch buffet for sure!
