Happy New Year to everyone. For me the year started with a radio interview I did yesterday for Torbay Hour. A friendly radio station that helps local business to promote themselves. They also palayed a recording I made of the 3 Minutes Breathing Space which is used in Mindfulness Training as a first step aid to defuse negative states of minds and the sense of emotional or thinking overwealm.
